Spellbinders August Card Kit of the Month - Take Two

Hey there, friends! I wanted to pop in quickly and share three more cards I created with the Spellbinders August Card Kit of the Month. There is still time to sign up and grab one for yourself. It's a fantastic kit, you won't be disappointed!

I really love the variety of patterned paper that's included. I used this pink chevron as the background for this card and then embellished with florals and a couple of the positive sentiments!

This next card features two of the floral dies in the kit. I simple die-cut a bunch, adhered them to my card front and then popped up one of the sentiments with dimensional foam.

My final card features the yellow striped frame. I added a piece of light pink cardstock behind and then embellished with two of the die-cut flowers and leaves! Along the bottom I added strip of one of the patterned papers and then finished it off with a sentiment!

Here is the kit in full, in case you haven't yet seen it! For the complete details and to learn how you can purchase this kit for yourself, you can visit THIS PAGE!

Short and sweet for today. Thanks for popping in for a visit!

Spellbinders August Card Kit of the Month

Hello, friends! I'm popping in this morning to share a few cards with you using the new Spellbinders August Card Kit of the Month. Have you signed up for this kit? It is pretty amazing … jam packed with everything you need to make 10+ cards! I'm sharing three with you today, but will be sharing more very soon. All of the products I used on these cards are from the kit. I didn't use any other stamps, dies, inks, cardstock, patterned paper or embellishments!

Up first, I created this card using two of the floral dies in the set. As you know, I LOVE flowers so I was all heart eyes when I first saw this kit. I love how you can layer them over one another to give your card more detail and dimension. There are also a variety of die-cut leaves included, as well as a sheet of sentiment stickers that are perfect for so many different occasions.

This second card could not have been any simpler to make. I started by adhering a piece of green and gold embossed patterned paper to the front of my card base. I added the sun and rainbow die-cuts to the center and added a sentiment. Easy peasy!

My last card for today features another floral die included in the kit, but first I used the glitter heart stickers to create another flower/border around my die-cut flower. I added a leave and sentiment to complete this super sweet and simple card!

Like I said, this isn't the last you'll be seeing of this kit! If you haven't checked it out to see what is included you can find all of the info you need RIGHT HERE

Thanks for stopping by today. Wishing you a happy day ahead!

Spellbinders July Small Die of the Month

Hey there, friends! Do you already subscribe to the Spellbinders Small Die of the Month? If you don't, you will certainly want to check it out. It's a monthly kit that releases on the 1st of each month, and this month features florals, leaves and paisleys! They are GORGEOUS!

There are a total of 10 dies in this month's kit, but for my card I used just the three flowers that are included. I'm a HUGE fan of die-cutting and creating with flowers, so I had serious heart eyes when I saw this kit. I chose a cheerful color combination and just mixed the flowers up after they were all die-cut. I love that you are able to layer these flowers to create a variety of different colors.

After the flowers were all assembled, I simply attached them all to a crisp white card base. To finish it, I added sentiment from Honey Bee Stamps Best Parents set.

This is just one of the cards I created with this fantastic kit … I'll share another with you soon. There is still time to grab the kit for yourself. Trust me, you are going to love it. To see more inspiration you can visit the Spellbinders blog.

Creating with Spellbinders - You Matter to Me

Happy Saturday! I'm back to share another card using the beautiful Spellbinders die collection that I created with the other day. I've been having a little too much fun with the Shapeabilities Eau De Lavande Label Etched Dies. My card for today is filled with so much color and I only used two of the dies in the set to create it.

I used the insert die and lavender sprig together. I die cut a bunch of the lavender in a variety of bright colors and created a floral frame border on the front of my card.

I die-cut the frame insert, to place inside my floral border, using Kraft cardstock. My sentiment is from Concord & 9th's Just Because stamp set. That was stamped on a strip of white and then popped up inside the insert with dimensional foam.

After my pieces were all assembled and attached I added a few clear sequins to finish it and give it a little sparkle!

I hope this colorful card brightened your day! Thanks for taking the time to visit with me on your Saturday. Enjoy your day!

Creating with Spellbinders

Mornin', friends! Popping on today to share a little something I created with a beautiful Spellbinders product. The Shapeabilities Eau De Lavande Label Etched Dies are so elegant and gorgeous. They are something I wouldn't normally create with, but I'm so glad I had the chance to and will certainly be using them again and again. This was my first time creating with Shapeabilities and now have a long wish list of ones I'd like to purchase.

Here's a photo of the full set from the Spellbinders website.

I wanted to keep my card pretty clean and simple and chose to work with a crisp white card base and then work from there. I didn't use the large frame die, just the smaller intricate die and the label insert with the lavender sprig.

I wanted to add a pop of color, so I die-cut the sprigs using a bright color combo. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink's You Deserve Flowers stamp set. After die-cutting and assembling all of my pieces to my card front, I added clear Wink of Stella to the colorful florals and a clear droplet on either side of my label to complete it.

I have two more cards that I have created with this set and will be sharing those over the next few days.

Enjoy your day and thanks so much for visiting with me!
