Honey Bee Stamps Bee Bold Blog Hop

Hello, friends! And welcome to Day 2 of the Honey Bee Stamps BEE BOLD Blog Hop! If you missed out on Day 1, you can find all of the details and the participants RIGHT HERE! Trust me, you are not going to want to miss any of it! I will have more details about the Hop and a special giveaway at the end of my post, so stay tuned for that!

This release is SO amazing! I have loved every single set that I've created with and can't wait to spend more time creating with all of the new goodies from this release. For today, I have two cards to share with you. Up first is a card created with the oh so adorable Warm Wishes and Warm Wishes Honey Cuts.

I adore this little guy! After stamping and coloring him in, I popped him up with dimensional foam on the front of my card. Along the top and bottom, I cut two strips of aqua card stock and stamped the argyle pattern to create a border for the bottom and top of my card. I stamped part of my sentiment directly on my card front and then stamped 'wishes' onto a strip of black card stock, using white ink.

I love the variety of tiny images in this set to decorate the sweater. I'm a heart girl, so I reached for that immediately! I stamped, colored and die-cut three and attached one to the center of the sweater …

and the other two along the top of my card! To finish my first card, I added a few clear sequins and gave my sweet fox a few freckles using a white gel pen!

My second card features a few new products … Bee Hive Stamp Set + Bee Hive Honey Cuts

I started by die-cutting a white scallop frame and stamped 'Life is sweeter' along the top and 'of you' along the bottom. Next, I stamped and die-cut the bee hive and attached that to the center.

I stamped, colored and die-cut the bees and flowers and used those to embellish the bee hive. To complete my sentiment, I added my die-cut 'BEECAUSE'.

Honey Bee Stamps + Chibitronics WCMD Blog Hop

Happy Saturday to you! Welcome to the World Card Making Day Honey Bee Stamps and Chibitronics Blog Hop. There is a whole line up for you today, filled with tons of inspiration using this great product. This was my first time creating with Chibitronics and it certainly won't be the last.

I kept my card just very sweet and simple for today. Seasonal Sweeties is one of Honey Bee Stamps new fall sets and also the set I chose to use.

I started with a piece of white cardstock and stamped my image right in the center. I knew I wanted to use the hearts in the set, so I stamped those underneath the umbrella and then picked a sentiment that fit with the rest of my card. Sending Showers of Love was perfect! I used my Zig Real Brush Markers to color that adorable image in. I wanted to add a little something to the scarf and boots, so I simply used my white gel pen to add polka dots. You can NEVER go wrong with polka dots! :)

And here are those three little hearts all lit up after I attached all my Chibitronics pieces! So fun, right?

Here is the complete list of hoppers for you to visit. Honey Bee Stamps will be giving a $25 gift certificate for comments on every blog, as well as Chibitronics giving away a starter pack.

Under the Sea Blog Hop With Honey Bee Stamps

Good morning, Honey Bee friends! There has been a lot of excitement happening over the past week. You've seen sneak peeks of some pretty amazing new Honey Bee Stamps products. Today we are celebrating with a fun blog hop featuring cards using all of those new products that are now available HERE in the Honey Bee Stamps Shop.

For my card today I'm using the new and oh so adorable set, Under the Sea, along with a sentiment from the Ocean Bliss set.

I started with a white card panel that measures 4 x 5.25". Along the bottom of the panel I added a strip of double sided tape and then sprinkled the new Desert Oasis Sand. Next, I stamped all of my images in black ink and then colored them in with Copic markers. To finish it off, I attached a few Natural Abalone Shells.

To celebrate this new release, Honey Bee Stamps will be giving away two $50 gift certificates to purchase new goodies in their Store.
All you have to do to win is comment on the Honey Bee Stamps blog and at each one of the designer’s blogs by Sunday, July 16th. Winners will be announced on Monday, July 17th at Noon PST.

CardMaker + Prickley Pear Blog Hop

Happy Friday to you! We are ending the week with a special blog hop featuring Prickley Pear. You should have arrived here from the blog of Sharon Smith. Incase you get lost along the way, you can find the full list of hoppers on the CardMaker blog

For my card today, I used the sweet Bold Daisies image. I kept my card clean and simple, with a white card base and colorful flowers. I simply stamped the daisies three times across the bottom of my card and colored them in with Copic markers. The centers of the daisies are bare, but I wanted to add a little something to them and decided to pull out my black Zig pen. So simple to create a design, yet adds so much to the flowers.

To complete my card, I stamped the Life Is Not About sentiment just above my flowers and a few sequins randomly around both the flowers and sentiment.

Prickley Pear is hosting a giveaway on their blog for a $20 gift certificate to their online store. Be sure to stop by and see how you could enter for a chance to win!

Your next stop in the hop is Tracie Clary.

Thanks so much for visiting with me today. Enjoy your day and happy hopping!

Reverse Confetti 4th Birthday Bash Blog Hop

Happy Friday, friends! Welcome to Reverse Confetti's 4th Birthday Bash. I'm so thrilled to be joining in for this special celebration. This is the just the first day of their Countdown to Confetti where they'll be sharing sneak peeks of new releases. You should have arrived here from the blog of the lovely Katie Gehring. I've listed the complete list of bloggers at the bottom of this post, just incase you've missed a stop. :)

For my card today, I used an adorable set called 'Miso Happy'.

Are these panda's not the cutest?! They just make me smile. I started by stamping + die-cutting (with the coordinating 'Miso Happy' die collection) a few different images ... the pandas, the bamboo, and the 'flowers'. Some may see bowls, but I saw flowers when creating my card for today. :) I colored my images in and then adhered them all to the front of my white card base.

I stamped my sentiment on a separate strip of white card-stock and then attached that with dimensional foam. To complete it, I added a few colorful sequins.

You next stop in the hop is Rebecca Keppel. And here is the complete list of hoppers for you ...

Thanks for visiting with me. Have a wonderful day and happy hopping!!

CardMaker + Grafix Arts Blog Hop

Happy Monday and welcome to the CardMaker and Grafix Arts Blog Hop. You should have arrived here from the blog of the super talented Heather Pulvirenti. If you think you may have missed a stop, you can hop right back to the CardMaker blog where you will find the complete list of hoppers.

For today, we were asked to create a little something using one of the fantastic products from Grafix Arts. I chose to work with their vellum. I love the look of vellum on a project and don't use it as often as I would like, so this was the perfect opportunity to create with it.

I thought of butterflies instantly and chose the Up the Happy set from Ellen Hutson to work with. After die-cutting multiple vellum butterflies, using the butterfly from the Up the Happy die collection, I stamped each using Versamark and then heat embossed them with white embossing powder. I then colored them in using Copic markers, giving them a pretty stained glass look.

Here's a closer look. I just love the way these turned out!! After attaching all of the colorful butterflies to my card front, I added sequins to the centers of each one, and lastly stamped my sentiment.

Your next stop in the hop is Katie Gehring.
You can find the complete list of hoppers on the CardMaker blog.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. Have a wonderful day!
