There is a lot of excitement over on the Papertrey Ink blog today. This month there is a new color being released and we are asking for your help in naming it! It is a beautiful medium gray and today the design team is sharing projects created with it. You can find all of the details on the Papertrey Ink blog!
As you hop along you will find lots of color inspiration, as each of the design team members have created a little something using their favorite color combination with this new gray. And here is mine ...
Lots of pinks & melons with a touch of turquoise! :)
To begin, I started with a new gray card base and stamped one of the borders, from Stitch In Time Borders,. in Versamark ink. I set that aside and then moved on to stamping and die-cutting all of my flowers, from Simple Stems, and the vase from Vogue Vases.
I stamped my 'Hello' sentiment in versamark and then began assembling my flowers into my vase. Some were attached directly to my card base and some popped up with a bit of dimensional foam.
To complete it, I added the rest of my sentiment and a few pink and clear sequins around both my flowers and sentiment!
I'm so excited to hear what this new gray will officially be named. We sure hope you'll help and give us some ideas. Pop on over to the Papertrey Ink blog to leave your suggestion and to see what the rest of the team has created for you today!
