Saturday Showcase - Sending Love To

It's time for Saturday Showcase with Ink to Paper, friends. Today we are highlighting the beautiful newly released set, Pleasing Envelopes: Special Delivery! Did you happen to add this to your cart on release night? It is truly such a beautiful set. I love decorating my envelopes to match my cards, so I was very excited when I saw this set was being released.

I created a one layer card for today. I started by stamping the lines in four different colors … Bright Buttercup, Raspberry Fizz, Orange Zest and Hawaiian Shores. Around those lines I stamped a few of the flowers and leaves included in the set. Next, I stamped one of the scripty sentiments in black.

I stamped the same sentiment on my matching envelope and just underneath stamped the lines in Hawaiian Shores. Along the bottom I stamped more of those beautiful flowers and leaves!

Here's a close up of the two together. Such a happy and colorful combo, don't you think?! :)

Thanks so much for visiting today!

Ink to Paper Release Countdown - Day 4

Hey, friends! Welcome to the final day of this month's Ink to Paper Release Countdown. Tomorrow is the big day when all of these fabulous new products will be available to you. Until then, we have a few more goodies to share that I know you are going to just love.

Up first is a card created with the gorgeous new die, On the Border: Floral Bliss! Love this die sooo much!

I started by die-cutting two of the borders, one out of Melon Berry and one out of Spring Moss. I attached just the borders to my card front and then die-cut two more borders out of Pale Peony and Sweet Blush. Using the inlaid technique I filled in the flowers and leaves!

Last I stamped the sentiment, from Just Sentiments: Birthday, and added a few colorful sequins.

Up next is Pleasing Envelopes: Special Delivery. Another gorgeous set that I know will get a lot of love from me. This set is perfect for envelopes, just like it says in the stamp set name, but it's also wonderful for cards.

There are two large banners in the set. I stamped one of them, once on white cardstock and once on Bitty Big: Smokey Shadow. I cut the banner ends out of the polka dots and the main banner out of the white. I attached the ends to my card base, but before adding the main banner, I stamped a few pretty flowers around it. I then added the main banner with dimensional foam and finished it off with more colorful sequins.

Thanks so much for stopping during the countdown. I look forward to seeing what you all create with these wonderful new products!

Ink to Paper Release Countdown - Day 3

Happy weekend, friends! Welcome to Day 3 of the Ink to Paper Release Countdown. Today is filled with palm trees, pretty flowers and must have sentiments. As always, everything you see will be available on July 15th at 10pm EST!

Up first is Beachy Keen, the perfect set for this time of year, as I'm sure many of us are spending some much needed time with our toes in the sand this summer. I definitely wanted a tropical feel to my card and started by adding a border of Bitty Big: Pale Peony along the outer edge of my card base.

I stamped and die-cut multiple trees and attached those across the front of my card. I'll list all of the colors I used in my supply list below. In the center of two of the trees I added one of the fun sentiments included in the set. Just love this one … hope your day feels like a day at the beach!

To finish it off, I simply added clear rhinestones to the centers of the tree tops.

Up next is Simply Sweet: Hello! This is the third set in the Simply Sweet series. It is filled with a variety of floral images and sentiments perfect for sending a happy hello. I chose one of the floral images and stamped and die-cut it multiple times to create a quilt of sorts.

Along the left side I added one of the sentiments included in the set, 'have a happy day' . And underneath I stamped one of the sentiments from Inside Greetings: Endearing Birthday. A strip of Hibiscus cardstock along the bottom and a few sequins complete card #2.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. Enjoy your Saturday!

Ink to Paper Release Countdown - Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the July Ink to Paper Release Countdown. Today we have more wonderful new products to share with you ... Bon Voyage, Gift Card Holder: Pencil and To Die for Sentiments!

**All of the new products you see will be available July 15th at 10pm EST!**

Up first is Bon Voyage. Are these planes not the cutest?! I kept my card pretty clean and simple. I started with a white card base and stamped the outline images along the right side. I then went back over and stamped them with the solid images in the following colors ... Pure Poppy, Hawaiian Shores, Green Parakeet, Aqua Mist and Simply Chartreuse.

Using the coordinating Bon Voyage Die Collection I stamped and die-cut two of the images (the green plane and red plane carrying the message) and attached those above the ones I had stamped.

I also die-cut the banner and attached that with dimensional foam.

Up next is the new oh so sweet die collection … Gift Card Holder: Pencil. I mixed this with flowers and leaves from It's A Sign: Beautiful and the new large sentiment die, To Die for Sentiments! I used the large 'thanks', but there are many more to choose from!

Here's a peek of it with a gift card inside. This is a breeze to put together. Just love this collection so much!

Thanks so much for visiting with me today!

Ink to Paper Release Countdown - Day 1

Hey there, friends! It's time to kick off this month's Ink to Paper Release Countdown. We have so many exciting new products to share with you over the next four days. You won't want to miss it!

Up first is a new set that I designed, Dandelion Wishes! It is filled with super fun dandelion images, along with sentiments that are cute and sweet and are the perfect companion to the flowers. There is also a mini set, Dandelion Wishes Sentiments, that includes even more of those fun sentiments.

Bright, fun and fresh is what I wanted to create for my first card. There are three different size dandelions in the set and each of those include an outlined image along with a solid image. The set also includes individual dots so you can fill in the dandelion like I did on my first card.

I chose a variety of bright, cheery colors and just went to town filling them all in. Behind my dandelions is an oval that I die-cut using the Geometrix: Oval Die.

Love, Kisses & Dandelion Wishes was stamped on True Black and attached with dimensional foam. To finish my card, I added a clear sequins to the center of each of the dandelions.

My second card isn't as bright, but it still is cheery! I started by adding Bitty Big: Limeade Ice paper to my card front. I set that aside and then cut a piece of white cardstock down to 4 x 5.25 and stamped my dandelion stem right in the center.

I used the coordinating Dandelion Wishes Die Collection and stamped and die-cut two of the dandelions. The larger was stamped in Limeade Ice and the smaller in Aqua Mist. Those were layered over one another and then attached above the stem. Along the bottom I added a strip of Aqua Mist that I had stamped with the smallest dandelion in the set. Just above that I added my sentiment … Sending you special birthday wishes!

A few colorful sequins complete my second card!

I have more bright and colorful for card #3. I did lots of stamping and die-cutting using a variety of colors. I'll list them all below in my supply list!

After they were all attached to my card front, I went over each one and filled each of the circles in with white Nuvo Drops. It's a little hard to see from the photos, but it adds that extra little WOW factor to the dandelions.

I stamped the large WISH and added Make A just above before attaching a few colorful sequins to complete it.

My final card for today features a mix of three new products … Simply Sentiments, Banner Builder: Basics and Watercolor Textures: Abstract!

Watercolor Textures: Abstract is such a fun little set to have on hand. Perfect for creating your own unique backgrounds. I chose the X's in the set to work with and stamped three rows full of color. I then chose the small rectangle banner from the Banner Builder: Basics Die Collection to stamp the sentiment, from Simply Sentiments, on.

That wraps up Day 1 for me. Pop on over to the Ink to Paper Blog to see more beautiful projects from the rest of the ladies!

Have a wonderful day!
