Trinity Stamps Blog Hop

Good morning, friends! I am so excited to be helping celebrate the Big Grand Opening of Trinity Stamps today! When Taniesa first sent the images for us to take a peek at, I fell in love. I'm so excited for her and excited for what she has to share with us in the future!

Now let's get to the cards I've created. I chose to stick with the same color combination for all three of my cards, and one of my favorites … aqua, red and pink.

My first card is just a sweet and simple one using a mix of Hopeful Flowers and Let Love Grow! I love that both sets have coordinating dies. I simply stamped, colored and die-cut the blooms and attached them to a white card panel that I had stamped with my sentiment. I'll list all of the Copic colors I used in the supply list at the end of my post.

Up next is Bouquet of Hope! I could not love this adorable little set more. That big bouquet of flowers is so much fun to color in. This set also has a coordinating die set, but I chose to just stamp the image and color it in.

And last for today, I mixed up Hopeful Flowers and Let Love Grow once again. When I saw the row of flowers in this set I knew I wanted to create a frame to go around my sentiment. I love that some of the sentiments in the set also have coordinating dies. I'm so happy with the way it turned out!

Now it's time to continue hopping! Your next stop is Shanna Slater. Be sure to visit the Trinity Stamps blog for the full list of hop participants. There may also be a prize or two up for grabs! ;)

Have a great day and thanks for visiting!

Welcome, friends! I'm so thrilled to be joining in with Honey Bee Stamps for the Spring + Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop today. Honey Bee Stamps is a super sponsor and will be giving away a $50 gift certificate and 2 flash prizes for $25 each!

I mixed a few different products to create my card for today. I started by stamping, coloring and die-cutting my mug from Tea Time. I then die-cut a Double Stitched Frame and attached my mug to the front. Next, I stamped, colored and die-cut the flower bouquet, from Penny the Platypus, and attached that next to my mug. I also added a few white polka dots to the tag with my white gel pen.

For my sentiment I mixed the Happy Honeycuts and Simple Sentiments and attached those below my mug. And lastly, I added a few light pink sequins to complete it!

Papertrey Ink May Release Countdown - Day 5

Hey there, friends! Here we are on the final day of the May Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. It has been amazing, hasn't it? I have two more cards to share with you using the new products introduced today. I hope you enjoy!

**Just a reminder that all of the new products will be available May 15th at 10pm EST!**

Up first is Text and Texture: Roses and Words to Live By: Courage. Both are truly beautiful sets! The rose background is a two step stamp … I stamped the first in Pale Peony and the second in Pure Poppy. I then rounded the top right corner and attached it to my white card base.

I stamped the sentiment (from Words to Live By: Courage) in black ink onto a piece of white cardstock that was die-cut with the Noted: Pinked A2 Vertical die collection (also available May 15th). Then using the coordinating Words to Live By: Courage die, I cut 'courage' out of Pale Peony cardstock and attached it below. That was then all attached to my card front with dimensional foam. I also added white twine and a few sequins to complete it.

My second card for today features the Glorious Globes: May and Corner Adorner: May sets. Along the bottom of my white card base I added the new patterned paper that is also being released this month. The bases for my globes were stamped in Fine Linen using the Glorious Globes: Basics stamp set. Then using the new Glorious Globes: May set, I stamped one of the globe images included. Inside the pink one I stamped the 'wild & free', also from the new set, in black ink. After they were all stamped, I die-cut them using the Glorious Globes: Basics die collection.

I added a few stars (from the Stars and Stripes die collection - available May 15th) around the globes and a few clear sequins inside each one. The sentiment is from the Corner Adorner: May set being released on the 15th, as well.

You can read all of the details on these new sets right HERE!

Thanks so much for visiting with me today. You can see what the rest of the team has to share by visiting the Papertrey Ink blog.

Have a wonderful day!

Papertrey Ink May Release Countdown - Day 4

Happy Sunday to you and Happy Mother's Day to all of you beautiful & wonderful Mama's out there! Here we are on Day 4 of the Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. Are you ready to celebrate?! I have two cards for you today that are full of wonderful new products and lots of COLOR! Up first is Kaboom and Kaboom Stencils ...

**Just a reminder that all of the new products will be available May 15th at 10pm EST!**

What are fireworks without lots of color, right!? I used the Kaboom Stencils to create my colorful fireworks and used the following colors … Pure Poppy, Summer Sunrise, Simply Chartreuse, Berry Sorbet and Hibiscus. I used my distress ink blending tool to fill in the stencils on a piece of white cardstock.

After they were all colored in I used the coordinating Kaboom die collection to cut them all out. I attached them to the front of a plain white card base and then attached a few colorful sequins. My sentiment was stamped in black and then attached using dimensional foam.

Card #2 is filled with lots of color, too! This one features both Celebrate With A Bang and Stars and Stripes. Using Versamark ink, I stamped a white card base with one of the images from Celebrate With A Bang and then heat embossed it with white embossing powder. Using distress inks, I colored in the front of my card.

The sentiment, from Stars and Stripes, was stamped in black and attached to my card with dimensional foam. I die cut a few stars with the coordinating Stars and Stripes die collection and then attached them around my sentiment.

That brings Day 4 to a close for me, but be sure to pop on over and see what the rest of the gals have to share …

Thank you so much for stopping by. Enjoy your day!

*** Not yet linked, but will be available May 15th at 10pm EST … Kaboom, Kaboom, Stencils, Stars and Stripes & Celebrate With A Bang!***

Papertrey Ink May Release Countdown - Day 3

Hello again and welcome to Day 3 of the Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. I have one card to share with you today and it features the beautiful floral set, Seasonal Borders: Summer and also the Noted: Pinked A2 Vertical die collection.

**All of the new products will be available May 15th at 10pm EST!**

I really, really love the new Noted: Pinked A2 Vertical die collection. I know it's going to be getting lots of love from me. I started by die-cutting one out of white cardstock and then attached it to my card base. Next, I added my sentiment. The 'hello' is from the Bold Borders: Blooming die and 'sending you sunshine' was stamped using the Corner Adorner: February Mini stamp set.

Now, for those beautiful flowers from the Seasonal Borders: Summer set. I love this little bouquet that you can create with this set. I stamped all of my flowers and leaves and then die-cut using the coordinating die collection.

I created two of them for the corners of my pinked frame and popped them up with dimensional foam.

I added a few clear sequins to complete it!

You can see the full product introductions for today right HERE

Short and sweet for me today. Only two days left! I'll see you right back here tomorrow with more to share. Until then, here is the rest of the Papertrey gang with lots of inspiration for you...

Papertrey Ink May Release Countdown - Day 2

Hello, friends! Welcome back for Day 2 of the May Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. Today I'm thrilled to be sharing a few projects using the new Hashtag Everything, along with the new Shape Shifters: Circle 2 die. Let's jump right in, shall we …

**All of the new products will be available May 15th at 10pm EST!**

Here is a run down of the products I'll be featuring today …

~ Hashtag Everything
~ Hashtag Everything: Icons die collection
~ Hashtag Everything: Text Bubbles die collection
~ Shape Shifters: Circle 2 die

My first card features both the new Hashtag Everything and the Shape Shifters: Circle 2 die. I love this new die and can't wait to create with it a bit more. I'm itching to fill in all of those little circles with lots of color. :) For today, I chose to just use that die as a base for my sentiment and images to sit on. The die itself comes in three separate pieces, which gives you more options when creating.

After die-cutting and attaching my scalloped circle to my card front, I moved onto stamping all of those fun, smiley faced emojis and then die-cut them with the Hashtag Everything: Icons die collection. I also die-cut one of the text bubbles from Hashtag Everything: Text Bubbles out of Raspberry Fizz and stamped one of the many sentiments included in the set.

Here's a closer peek at one of those smiley faces!

Up next, I used a multiple sentiments in the set and stamped them in black onto the die-cut text bubbles. I attached striped paper (a new release this month) along the bottom and attached all of my text bubbles with dimensional foam.

I added a few more stamped and die-cut emoji's around my sentiments. The are so many little bits and pieces in this set … so much fun!

And lastly, I added a few clear sequins to finish it off and give it a bit of sparkle!

Up last for today is a sweet and simple card I created using a mix of both the new hashtag stamp set, as well as the new Shape Shifters: Circle 2 die again.

I started with a piece of Sweet Blush cardstock that I trimmed down. I added my die-cut white circle to the center … doesn't this die remind you of a pretty doily? I have a thing for hearts. Love creating with them, so when I saw this heart image I knew I wanted to focus on that for one of my cards. I die-cut three of them and stamped them in Bright Buttercup, Hibiscus and Hawaiian Shores. I also die-cut a text bubble and stamped one of the sentiments in black. I popped that up with dimensional foam and then attached my colorful hearts around that.

Along the bottom I cut a strip of Hibiscus cardstock and stamped the heart eyes to create my heart border. Just another way to stretch this set! :)

Again, I love sparkle, so I added a few clear sequins to my hearts and around the circle!

You can see all of the product introductions for Day 2 on the Papertrey Ink blog!

That's all from me for today. I sure hope you enjoyed my projects and look forward to sharing more with you tomorrow! Don't forget to go and show a little love to the rest of the amazing Papertrey team …

Enjoy your day!

Papertrey Ink May Release Countdown - Day 1

Hello and welcome to Day 1 of the May Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. There are so many wonderful new products being released this month and we are kicking it off with a few new sets geared towards babies.

**All of the new products will be available May 15th at 10pm EST!**

Up first is a card I created with Baby Mine … an absolutely darling set featuring a sweet elephant, hearts, clouds and so much more. I started by using the coordinating Baby Mine Dies and die-cut my elephant out of white cardstock and then colored her in using Copic markers N1 + N3. Next, I stamped the polka dot ear in Pale Peony, cut it out and popped it up with dimensional foam. I attached her to the center of a piece of white cardstock and stamped my sentiment just below.

I then die-cut multiple hearts out of colorful cardstock and attached them above and below my sweet little elephant. That was then all attached to a piece of Lemon Tart before attaching to my Aqua Mist card base.

Up next is Pitter Patterns. This set has so many different elements and is so fun to create with. It's perfect to use with another baby set, like Baby Mine, or all by itself. I created my card just using the stamp set and coordinating Pitter Patterns Tags.

I started by die-cutting my tag out of white cardstock. In the spaces where the negative hearts are I attached different colors of cardstock to the backside so the colorful hearts would pop through. Next, I die-cut the tag again, this time on my card base. I added a piece of Sweet Blush to the back side of my card front, so that the pink would show underneath my tag once it was attached.

My sentiment … 'Welcome' is from Pitter Patterns and 'To the world Little One' is from the new Sentiment Staples: Welcome!

I stamped 'Little One', also from Pitter Patterns and then popped up and off set my tag so that pink would show through. To give it a little  more color, I added a few strips of Sweet Blush, Raspberry Fizz, Spring Moss and Aqua Mist.

That's all from me for Day 1, but there is still so much more to see from my teammates. You can also see these sets in full now by visiting the Papertrey Ink blog. YAY!

Thank you for visiting, friends. Have a wonderful day and I'll see you tomorrow! :)
