Happy Friday, crafty + coffee loving friends! I can't think of a better way to end the week than sipping on a hot cup of coffee while hopping in the 2016 Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. Today, I am joining in with dozens of other crafters to share projects inspired by something most of us can't live without...coffee! I'm so excited to hop along and see all of your inspiring creations.
For my project, I used this sweet Mama Elephant set, Cup of Wishes!
I started by stamping the mugs onto my card-stock and then added the polka dots. Who doesn't love a cute polka dot mug? I don't have the coordinating die (on my wish list), so I ended up cutting them out by hand. I knew the tiny flower in the set would be the perfect accent to the simple card set I wanted to create. After stamping them in black ink, I pulled out a few of my Copic markers and colored them in, and again cut them out by hand.
After stamping my sentiment onto white card-stock, I adhered my mugs just underneath to create a sweet and simple set of 3 cards. I know a few special ladies who would love to receive one of these! :)
There are many wonderful sponsors participating in the hop. Here's a peek at the prize I'm offering...
Happy hopping, friends!
xo,
Melissa
