Believe in the Magic with Reverse Confetti

Good morning, friends! We're in the last stretch before Christmas. It's such a wonderful time of year, but can also be a bit stressful. I sure hope you are able to take a break from the hustle and bustle to just sit and enjoy all of the Goodness of the season!

I'm taking a little break myself and popping on this morning to share my final project as a 'Fetti Friend. I have enjoyed every minute of creating with these Reverse Confetti products and am sad to see it come to an end. One of my favorite sets that was recently released is Snowflake Magic. I think I've used this set on most of my projects, so it's gotten a lot of love from me.

And here is something bright and cheery that I created ...

Here's a close up of the colorful, layered snowflake! I die-cut two whole snowflakes, layered them over each and then added my individual stamped snowflakes around that. In the center I added one of the sentiments, 'Believe in the magic, with a bit of dimensional foam.

And here is the full view. Before attaching my snowflake to my card base, I added colorful strips of cardstock across the front and then added the snowflake over those. A few colorful sequins were all I needed to complete it. It's simple, but has lots of color, which is my absolute favorite kind of card to create.

I hope you enjoyed, friends!

Papertrey Ink - December Release Countdown - Day 5

Happy Friday to you! Today is an exciting day, as we have reached Day 5 of the countdown and tomorrow you will be able to purchase these new products for yourself. Before you finalize your list, we have a few more products to share with you today … Bear Hugs, Shape Shifters: Oval 4 and You Make My Heart Soar!

**All of the new products will be available December 15th at 10pm EST!**

Bear Hugs is such a sweet set! I love how he was designed to hold multiple images in the set. I chose the flowers for him to hold and then embellished around him with the heart image.

I used the Shape Shifters: Oval 4 die as my base and popped him right up in the center.

My final card for this countdown was created with You Make My Heart Soar. A super sweet heart shaped balloon set. I started by stamping one of the heart bundle images and created a border around the outer edge of my card in the following colors … Hawaiian Shores, Bright Buttercup, Green Parakeet, Raspberry Fizz and Lavender Moon.

I stamped the balloon strings and sentiment and then attached 3 die-cut hearts balloons and a few sequins.

That completes this month's countdown for me. I hope what I've shared inspires you just a smidge when it comes to creating with all of these wonderful new products. You can find all of the details on everything introduced today right HERE!

Have a wonderful day, friends!

Papertrey Ink - December Release Countdown - Day 4

Good morning, friends! Day 4 of the Papertrey Ink countdown is here and we have even more loved filled goodies for you today. In the line-up is Corner Adorner: December, XO Skinny Mini, Bold Borders: Love Die & Glorious Globes: December.

**All of the new products will be available December 15th at 10pm EST!**

Up first is the XO Skinny Mini mixed with Corner Adorner: December. I wasn't quite sure where this card was going when I started. I chose my colors and got my stamp sets ready and just went with it. The colors I used … Melon Berry, Hawaiian Shores, Green Parakeet, Pure Poppy and Sweet Blush.

I started by stamping the hearts, from XO Skinny Mini, in three colors, in the center of my card. Then I used one of the borders in the Corner Adorner: December set and started building a border around my hearts. I love the quirky scallops in this new set! There are two of them and they are so cute and fun!

To finish my first card I stamped the sentiment, also from Corner Adorner: December, and added a few sequins.

My second card for today features the new Bold Borders: Love mixed with Glorious Globes: December. Again, I used the inlay technique to make my card super cheery and colorful. My colors for this card … Orange Zest, Harvest Gold, Pale Peony, Hibiscus, Melon Berry and a pop of Hawaiian Shores peeking out from the back.

I stamped one of the globes directly in the center of the white and then die-cut a separate one and popped it up with dimensional foam.

I sure hope you enjoyed my projects for today. There is only one day left and then you can do a little early Christmas shopping for yourself! :) Until then, be sure and visit the Papertrey Ink blog for more details on all of these new products.

Have a wonderful day!

Papertrey Ink - December Release Countdown - Day 3

Welcome to Day 3 of this month's Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. There have been some pretty amazing new products introduced so far and today it continues. I have the pleasure of sharing three cards with you using the following new products … From the Heart and Sentiments Staples: I Love You! If you love creating love themed cards as much as I do then these are going to be a must have in your stamp  collection!

**All of the new products will available December 15th at 10pm EST!**

Aqua Mist, Sweet Blush, Hawaiian Shores and Pure Poppy are the colors I chose for my first card. I started by first die-cutting a Pierced Feature Frame: Rectangle out of Sweet Blush cardstock and stamped the 'xo' image, in From the Heart, around the entire rectangle.

I just love the shape of the hearts from the From the Heart die collection! There are four included in the set and I used two of them to die-cut my hearts. I added white Nuvo drops and to create my polka dots on each one.

This sentiment is from Sentiment Staples: I Love You

I went sweet and simple for card number two. I die-cut a heart using the largest heart die and stamped multiple sentiments on that, using the From the Heart Stamp Set.

I attached that heart to a white card base and then die-cut a smaller heart, out of Raspberry Fizz, and attached it with dimensional foam.

I added my sentiment across and finished it with a few clear sequins.

And the last, and probably my favorite card of the day, is this hugs card. It's always nice when you can mix previously released products with the newly released, don't you agree?! I had a few images left over from last month and decided to use them on this card.

I attached a piece of Orange Zest, Hibiscus and Melon Berry across the center of my white card base and then stamped a border along the top and bottom using the script 'xo' in the From the Heart set. I then die-cut three white hearts and attached those to the center of each of those colors.

I had 'hugs' leftover from last month's release of Bold Borders: Polka Dots. I added the rest of my sentiment and a few colorful sequins to complete my final card.

Visit the Papertrey Ink Blog for all of the product details and more projects using these new sets!

Thanks for visiting!

Papertrey Ink - December Release Countdown - Day 2

Welcome again, friends for Day 2 of this month's Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. Love In Bloom, Perfect Match and Nesting Basics: Pierced Circles are the beautiful new products we are introducing today. Just wait until you see what the design team created with these. Each and every one of their projects is so inspiring!

**All of the new products will be available December 15th at 10pm EST!**

Up first for me today is the oh so sweet Love in Bloom stamp and die collection! I love creating with flowers and I love creating with hearts, so this set makes me swoon! I started by stamping two corners of my card base with the flowers. My colors for this card … Pure Poppy, Hawaiian Shores, Pale Peony and Simply Chartreuse. I stamped the flowers once more onto a separate piece of white cardstock and then die-cut them using the coordinating die. I popped that one up with dimensional foam.

Don't you just love this font? I stamped two of the sentiments onto black cardstock and attached them to the bottom to finish off card #1.

Card #2 for today features the Nesting Basics: Pierced Circle Dies along with the Perfect Match stamp set and coordinating dies. I started with a white card panel and used the new pierced dies to create my background.

I stamped one of the sentiments, from the Perfect Match set, onto my card panel and then moved onto stamping and die-cutting all of my images. After attaching the matchsticks, I added Glossy Accents to the tip of them. I added a few starbursts and a heart to the center of one of them to finish off my final card for today.

I've just touched the surface of these wonderful new products, but you can find a lot more inspiration by visiting the rest of the team over on the Papertrey Ink Blog.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, friends. I'll see you tomorrow!
