Papertrey Ink - January Release Countdown - Day 1

Hey there, friends! I'm excited to kick off this month's Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. This month is filled with so many great new products and I can't wait to share what I've created with you. To kick off Day 1 I have a card created with the next addition to the Corner Adorner series, as well as the newest Shape Shifters Die. Let's jump right in!

**All of the new products will be available January 15th at 10pm EST!**

To begin, I stamped the new Corner Adorner: January set on two of the corners of my white card base. The colors I used … Orange Zest, Hibiscus and Harvest Gold. Next, I die-cut the Shape Shifters: Square 4 Die out of Hibiscus. I die-cut the die two more times, one in Orange Zest and the other in Harvest Gold, to create the flower in the center of the Hibiscus square.

I popped that up on the center of my card and then added the sentiment, also part of the Corner Adorner: January set.

And that's it! Sweet and simple for me today, but there is still soooo much more to see from the rest of the team. Pop on over to the Papertrey Ink blog to see what they have to share with you!

Have a wonderful day and I'll see you right back here tomorrow!

Papertrey Ink - December Release Countdown - Day 5

Happy Friday to you! Today is an exciting day, as we have reached Day 5 of the countdown and tomorrow you will be able to purchase these new products for yourself. Before you finalize your list, we have a few more products to share with you today … Bear Hugs, Shape Shifters: Oval 4 and You Make My Heart Soar!

**All of the new products will be available December 15th at 10pm EST!**

Bear Hugs is such a sweet set! I love how he was designed to hold multiple images in the set. I chose the flowers for him to hold and then embellished around him with the heart image.

I used the Shape Shifters: Oval 4 die as my base and popped him right up in the center.

My final card for this countdown was created with You Make My Heart Soar. A super sweet heart shaped balloon set. I started by stamping one of the heart bundle images and created a border around the outer edge of my card in the following colors … Hawaiian Shores, Bright Buttercup, Green Parakeet, Raspberry Fizz and Lavender Moon.

I stamped the balloon strings and sentiment and then attached 3 die-cut hearts balloons and a few sequins.

That completes this month's countdown for me. I hope what I've shared inspires you just a smidge when it comes to creating with all of these wonderful new products. You can find all of the details on everything introduced today right HERE!

Have a wonderful day, friends!

Papertrey Ink - December Release Countdown - Day 4

Good morning, friends! Day 4 of the Papertrey Ink countdown is here and we have even more loved filled goodies for you today. In the line-up is Corner Adorner: December, XO Skinny Mini, Bold Borders: Love Die & Glorious Globes: December.

**All of the new products will be available December 15th at 10pm EST!**

Up first is the XO Skinny Mini mixed with Corner Adorner: December. I wasn't quite sure where this card was going when I started. I chose my colors and got my stamp sets ready and just went with it. The colors I used … Melon Berry, Hawaiian Shores, Green Parakeet, Pure Poppy and Sweet Blush.

I started by stamping the hearts, from XO Skinny Mini, in three colors, in the center of my card. Then I used one of the borders in the Corner Adorner: December set and started building a border around my hearts. I love the quirky scallops in this new set! There are two of them and they are so cute and fun!

To finish my first card I stamped the sentiment, also from Corner Adorner: December, and added a few sequins.

My second card for today features the new Bold Borders: Love mixed with Glorious Globes: December. Again, I used the inlay technique to make my card super cheery and colorful. My colors for this card … Orange Zest, Harvest Gold, Pale Peony, Hibiscus, Melon Berry and a pop of Hawaiian Shores peeking out from the back.

I stamped one of the globes directly in the center of the white and then die-cut a separate one and popped it up with dimensional foam.

I sure hope you enjoyed my projects for today. There is only one day left and then you can do a little early Christmas shopping for yourself! :) Until then, be sure and visit the Papertrey Ink blog for more details on all of these new products.

Have a wonderful day!

Papertrey Ink - December Release Countdown - Day 3

Welcome to Day 3 of this month's Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. There have been some pretty amazing new products introduced so far and today it continues. I have the pleasure of sharing three cards with you using the following new products … From the Heart and Sentiments Staples: I Love You! If you love creating love themed cards as much as I do then these are going to be a must have in your stamp  collection!

**All of the new products will available December 15th at 10pm EST!**

Aqua Mist, Sweet Blush, Hawaiian Shores and Pure Poppy are the colors I chose for my first card. I started by first die-cutting a Pierced Feature Frame: Rectangle out of Sweet Blush cardstock and stamped the 'xo' image, in From the Heart, around the entire rectangle.

I just love the shape of the hearts from the From the Heart die collection! There are four included in the set and I used two of them to die-cut my hearts. I added white Nuvo drops and to create my polka dots on each one.

This sentiment is from Sentiment Staples: I Love You

I went sweet and simple for card number two. I die-cut a heart using the largest heart die and stamped multiple sentiments on that, using the From the Heart Stamp Set.

I attached that heart to a white card base and then die-cut a smaller heart, out of Raspberry Fizz, and attached it with dimensional foam.

I added my sentiment across and finished it with a few clear sequins.

And the last, and probably my favorite card of the day, is this hugs card. It's always nice when you can mix previously released products with the newly released, don't you agree?! I had a few images left over from last month and decided to use them on this card.

I attached a piece of Orange Zest, Hibiscus and Melon Berry across the center of my white card base and then stamped a border along the top and bottom using the script 'xo' in the From the Heart set. I then die-cut three white hearts and attached those to the center of each of those colors.

I had 'hugs' leftover from last month's release of Bold Borders: Polka Dots. I added the rest of my sentiment and a few colorful sequins to complete my final card.

Visit the Papertrey Ink Blog for all of the product details and more projects using these new sets!

Thanks for visiting!

Papertrey Ink - December Release Countdown - Day 2

Welcome again, friends for Day 2 of this month's Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. Love In Bloom, Perfect Match and Nesting Basics: Pierced Circles are the beautiful new products we are introducing today. Just wait until you see what the design team created with these. Each and every one of their projects is so inspiring!

**All of the new products will be available December 15th at 10pm EST!**

Up first for me today is the oh so sweet Love in Bloom stamp and die collection! I love creating with flowers and I love creating with hearts, so this set makes me swoon! I started by stamping two corners of my card base with the flowers. My colors for this card … Pure Poppy, Hawaiian Shores, Pale Peony and Simply Chartreuse. I stamped the flowers once more onto a separate piece of white cardstock and then die-cut them using the coordinating die. I popped that one up with dimensional foam.

Don't you just love this font? I stamped two of the sentiments onto black cardstock and attached them to the bottom to finish off card #1.

Card #2 for today features the Nesting Basics: Pierced Circle Dies along with the Perfect Match stamp set and coordinating dies. I started with a white card panel and used the new pierced dies to create my background.

I stamped one of the sentiments, from the Perfect Match set, onto my card panel and then moved onto stamping and die-cutting all of my images. After attaching the matchsticks, I added Glossy Accents to the tip of them. I added a few starbursts and a heart to the center of one of them to finish off my final card for today.

I've just touched the surface of these wonderful new products, but you can find a lot more inspiration by visiting the rest of the team over on the Papertrey Ink Blog.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, friends. I'll see you tomorrow!

Papertrey Ink - December Release Countdown - Day 1

Good Monday morning to you! It's the beginning of a new week and the start of a new release from Papertrey Ink. This month is going to be pretty darn amazing! Here's what we have in store for you today … Words to Live By: Happiness, Text & Texture: Bokeh, Penned Elegance ll and Delicates Dies

**All of the new products will be available December 15th at 10pm EST!**

I had the privilege of creating with the new Delicates Dies and Penned Elegance ll. Both such stunning designs. I have huge heart eyes for both of these new products!

I chose Hibiscus, Melon Berry and Aqua Mist as my color combo and die-cut the Delicates Die using all three of those colors. After they were all cut, I did what I always love doing with dies like this … mixed the colors in each one. I attached all three to my card front, one directly to my white card base and the other two with dimensional foam.

Hello beautiful is one of the many beautiful sentiments in the new Penned Elegance ll set.

Super short and sweet for me today, but there is still so much to see from the rest of the team. Be sure to pop on over to the Papertrey Ink blog where you can see what they have to share, as well as find all of the details on all of the new products being introduced to you today!

Have a wonderful day, friends and thank you so much for stopping by to say hello!

Papertrey Ink - November Release Countdown - Day 5

Welcome back for the final day of this month's Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. We have so much to share with you today, including 3 new stamps sets and a new Bold Borders die.

**All of the new products will be available on November 15th at 10pm EST!**

Up first is Corner Adorner: November mixed with a sentiment from the new Expressions of Empathy. To start, I cut a white card panel slightly smaller than my white card base and used the new Nesting Frames: Pierced Rectangles to create a frame in the center. Inside the frame, in each corner, I stamped a heart from Corner Adorner: November. The colors I chose - Green Parakeet, Pure Poppy, Pale Peony and Bright Buttercup. Then using one of ray beam images in the set I stamped the corners of both the card panel and card base in alternating colors.

In the center of the pierced rectangle I stamped one of the sentiments from Expressions of Empathy and I stamped another sentiment on a strip of black and added dimensional foam underneath. This is such a wonderful sentiment set to have on hand in times of sadness and struggle.

Up next is Words to Live By: Caring and Bold Borders: Polka Dots … two more fantastic products that I know will be getting a lot of love from me.

I started with the Bold Borders: Polka Dots. I die-cut two, one in Hibiscus and one in Sweet Blush. I added the Sweet Blush dots inside the Hibiscus panel and then attached it all to the front of my white card base. I used the rectangle from inside the Sweet Blush one as a base for my sentiment to sit. on. I attached a white rectangle, die-cut with the Nesting Frames: Pierced Rectangles, and added my sentiment from Words to Live By: Caring.

To dress up my sentiment a little I added flowers from the new Floral Fantasy: Christmas and mixed them with a flower and leaves from Botanical Bounty.

Well, friends, that wraps up this countdown for me. I hope you've enjoyed my projects as must as I enjoyed creating and sharing them with you. Thank you again for taking the time to pop in each day!

Papertrey Ink - November Release Countdown - Day 4

Hey there, crafty friends! We're getting closer and closer to release day. Before I start today I just want to say thank you for visiting with me over the past few days and leaving me such kind comments. You always brighten my day with your sweet words. *mwah*

Now onto todays projects! I have the pleasure of sharing three cards/tags with you using the new Mix Ups Pocket Tags! These tags were so fun to create with and I hope I can inspire you just a little when it comes to creating with them. There are 3 tags total and each tag has a matching die that allows you to create a *pocket*. On each of my projects you will be able to see that. Even though I did not place anything inside the tag pockets,  you can envision placing a gift card of cash. So let's get started!

**All of the new products will be available November 15th at 10pm EST!**

Card #1 features one of the tags mixed with the beautiful images from Forest Floor: Winter (introduced on Day 2). I chose a cheerful color palette for this card … Lilac Grace, Hibiscus, Raspberry Fizz, Simply Chartreuse, Hawaiian Shores and Limeade Ice.

Just a helpful tip : 1/4" Scor-Tape is perfect for attaching the top portion of your tag to the bottom.

After I die-cut and assembled my tag, I attached it to the front of my card with dimensional foam.

I then just attached all of the pretty images underneath my sentiment and finished it off with a few clear sequins.

Card #2 - Who says you can only add a gift card or cash inside the pocket tag!? I love this sweet little deer from Fawn & Flora and thought she would be a perfect fit inside. Now, on this tag I didn't use the coordinating die that creates the pocket. Instead I chose to use one of the rectangle dies from the new Nesting Basics: Rectangles that was introduced on Day 1. After I die-cut it I then used the coordinating pocket die to cut a tab out of the top.

I stamped the rectangle with images from Floral Fantasy: Christmas in the following colors … Lilac Grace, Aqua Mist, Hawaiian Shores and True Black. I added dimensional foam on the back and attached that over the Hawaiian Shores tag and the deer.

To finish it I added a few die-cut flowers (also from Floral Fantasy: Christmas) and a sentiment, from Fawn & Flora.

Up last for me today is a pretty in pink baby tag. I used the new Home to Roost set and mixed it with the third and final tag in the Mix Ups Pocket Tags

I used the Bitty Big: Limeade Ice Collection for part of my tag and then stamped the birdhouse in Sweet Blush and Hibiscus.

Well friends, I sure hope you enjoyed what I shared with you today. These new tags are going to leave you with so many fun creating possibilities!

You can find all the information on these new dies, as well as the other new products being introduced today, right HERE!

Thank you for taking the time to visit. I hope your day is a great one!

Papertrey Ink - November Release Countdown - Day 3

Hey, friends! Welcome to Day 3 of this month's Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. Have you already started making your wish list? The stamp design team sure did create a treat for us this month. Today we are introducing a new Sentiment Staples set, as well as Fence Line: Winter and a new banner die collection! Let's jump right in to what I created for today ...

**All of the new products will be available November 15th at 10pm EST!**

Up first is Sentiment Staples: Warmest Wishes mixed with the new Skinny Mini Banners. This new banner die collection is perfect for so many sentiments, but I chose to do something a little different with mine and created a colorful background for my tree (from Twinkling Trees). Harvest Gold, Melon Berry, Berry Sorbet, Pure Poppy, Aqua Mist, Hawaiian Shores and Simply Chartreuse were the colors I used.

'Warmest Wishes' was stamped in Pure Poppy and 'for a festive holiday season' was stamped in black on a strip of white and popped up with dimensional foam.

Fence Line: Winter is up next. I started with a piece of white cardstock and used the wreath image to create a border around the outer edge and added berries using Pure Poppy and Berry Sorbet. My snowman was stamped, die-cut and attached with dimensional foam.

I added two sweet little birds on either side, and two clear sequins to complete him and then moved onto my sentiment. This is another one of the sentiments included in the Sentiment Staples: Warmest Wishes set.

I hope you've enjoyed what I've shared today. Thanks so much for spending part of your day visiting with me. Be sure to hop on over to the Papertrey Ink blog for lots more inspiration using these new products!

Have a great day, friends!
