Honey Bee Cheerful Love Blog Hop

Hi Crafty Friends!!
The Honey Bee Stamps Cheerful Love Release is now available in the store. To celebrate the new release, we are having a two day blog hop called Cheerful Love. So please hop along with us both days to be inspired!
Be sure to visit each blog & leave a comment to be entered to win!!! We will be giving away two $50 gift cards to the Honey Bee Stamps store, one from each day. The winners will be posted on our blog Tuesday, February 27th.

For my card today, I mixed two of the new sets together ... Penny the Platypus and Ridiculously Happy

To start, I stamped my sentiment on a piece of white cardstock in crisp black ink. Next, I chose the bunch of flowers, from Penny the Platypus, and stamped those numerous times around my sentiment.

Using the Copic markers you see in the photo above, I colored each of my flower bunches in.

After they were all colored I added a bit of clear Wink of Stella to each flower. It's hard to tell from the photo, but they are shimmery and so pretty.

I added a bit of white twine around the bottom before popping it up with dimensional foam and adhering it to my kraft card base. Sweet and simple!

Now it's time to hop along and comment on each of the blogs for your chance to win one of the $50 gift certificates to the Honey Bee Stamps store!

World Kindness Day with Honey Bee Stamps

Today is World Kindness Day and in celebration we have loads of kindness inspiration for you from the Honey Bee Stamps team. There is also a sale happening in honor of this special day. The Kindness Stamps and Dies are 25% off and they are also giving away four $25 Gift Certificates to the shop. All you have to do to enter is comment on the Honey Bee Stamps blog post or on their Instagram post.

I love your kind heart is the card I created for today. It features the Kindness stamp set, along with the flowers from the Happy Fall Ya'll stamp set. I started with water-coloring a piece of watercolor paper in pinks, yellows and oranges. After that was dry, I stamped my floral images and die cut them. I also stamped and die-cut the leaves in green.

Before attaching my flowers and leaves I stamped the 'kind' for my sentiment in black ink. I then placed the flowers and leaves where I wanted them and began adhering them along the left side of my card. For my flower centers, I die-cut the circle images in the die collection and stamped them with the tiny trio of dots from Color My World. Then came the rest of my sentiment. That was stamped on pink cardstock and then attached with dimensional foam. And last, I added a few clear sequins to complete it.

Thanks so much for visiting with me today. Be sure to pop on over to the Honey Bee Stamps blog to see what the rest of the team created for you and comment for your chance to win.

I hope your day is filled with kindness!

Honey Bee Stamps New Holiday Release Blog Hop

Hi Crafty Friends!!

Be sure to visit each blog & leave a comment to be entered to win!!! We will be giving away a $50 gift card to the Honey Bee Stamps store. The winner will be posted on our blog Monday, November 13th.

You can find the complete list of hoppers at the bottom of this post.

Here is a little something I created using the adorable new 'Snow Birds' stamp set.

I adore this little snowman. He's just the sweetest. I started by trimming a piece of white cardstock down to measure 3.75" x 5.5". I then stamped my snowmen in black ink and began coloring them in with my Zig markers. After I finished my coloring, I used my white gel pen to add tiny polka dots to each scarf.  I then wrapped a bit of white twine around the card panel before attaching it to my red card front.

My sentiment was stamped and then adhered with a strip of dimensional foam. I added a few clears sequins randomly around my snowmen to complete it.

Honey Bee Stamps + Chibitronics WCMD Blog Hop

Happy Saturday to you! Welcome to the World Card Making Day Honey Bee Stamps and Chibitronics Blog Hop. There is a whole line up for you today, filled with tons of inspiration using this great product. This was my first time creating with Chibitronics and it certainly won't be the last.

I kept my card just very sweet and simple for today. Seasonal Sweeties is one of Honey Bee Stamps new fall sets and also the set I chose to use.

I started with a piece of white cardstock and stamped my image right in the center. I knew I wanted to use the hearts in the set, so I stamped those underneath the umbrella and then picked a sentiment that fit with the rest of my card. Sending Showers of Love was perfect! I used my Zig Real Brush Markers to color that adorable image in. I wanted to add a little something to the scarf and boots, so I simply used my white gel pen to add polka dots. You can NEVER go wrong with polka dots! :)

And here are those three little hearts all lit up after I attached all my Chibitronics pieces! So fun, right?

Here is the complete list of hoppers for you to visit. Honey Bee Stamps will be giving a $25 gift certificate for comments on every blog, as well as Chibitronics giving away a starter pack.

Honeybee Stamps + STAMPtember

Hello! This past month has been full of excitement over at Simon Says Stamp. STAMPtember is such a fun month filled with collaborations from many different companies. Today, I'm happy to be joining in to share a little something using the set designed by one of my favorites, Honey Bee Stamps

I started by stamping the tiny heart, from Coffee Break, multiple times onto my white card panel. I colored those in using Zig markers and then moved onto my sentiment, from the STAMPtember set,  Remarkable You. I love a sentiment set and this one is beyond awesome! Along the bottom portion of my card, I simply added strips of colorful cardstock that coordinate with my colorful hearts. Before attaching my card panel to my turquoise card front, I added white twine and a few clear sequins.

Thanks so much for visiting with me today!

Essentials by Ellen - United We Flourish - Sending Sunshine with Honey Bee Stamps

Hello, sweet friends! Today, I am honored to be sharing a project in the Ellen Hutson CLASSroom using the new United We Flourish set, Sending Sunshine.

Here's a bit more info about the United We Flourish Campaign...

Last November we began celebrating our 10th anniversary with the theme United We Flourish. And what does United We Flourish mean? It means that our company would not be here without the amazing companies we work with, the designers who create stunning projects showcasing the wonderful products being created AND you, our fabulous customers! YOU are such a vital part of our creative community - you inspire & encourage us! Your response to United We Flourish was overwhelming and heart-warming. We heard repeatedly from you that you appreciate how our little company works together with the other manufacturers we carry to bring you their products and education showing how to use those products. To thank you for your constant support and encouragement, we have partnered with some of our friends to offer exclusive limited edition stamp & die sets!!! These sets will be available for a limited time (most likely 3-6 months) after each release, depending on how quickly you snap them up. The theme of these stamps sets are uplifting and fun.

We are thrilled to present the third one to you...Sending Sunshine by Honey Bee Stamps exclusively for Ellen Hutson LLC.

And here is a closer peek at this beautiful new set that is filled with uplifting and positive words! LOVE!!

Now onto my project ... because this sentiment set is filled with uplifting words, I thought bright, happy colors were a must for my project. I used a mix of wonderful products, from Honey Bee Stamps, that all work perfectly with the new Sending Sunshine stamps and dies. Here is the list of products I used ...

I started by die-cutting a piece of white cardstock using the Sunburst A2 cover plate. I then die-cut the Sunburst again, multiple times, using each of the colors in the rays of the sun. I filled all of those rays in and attached it to the front of my card base. That seems like a lot of die-cutting, I know, but don't worry ... I have saved all of those extras for another project or two. ;)

Next, I die cut the clouds and sentiment and attached those before completing it with a few sequins!

Be sure to head on over to the CLASSroom now, where I'm joined by two talented ladies who are sharing more using this fabulous new set!

Thanks for visiting with me today!
